Contact your bank with the evidence and see if they can do anything under the direct debit guarantee?0

There is no link to that page from the main site however, the link from the main site is to "Legal" section which has said £30 for over 12 months. So it looks like some orphaned webpage that hasn't been deleted off after a restructure of the website.
How did you find that URL?
How did you subscribe to the service?0 -

In which case there is no way to contest. Even a DD I would have expected a schedule to have been sent out as per below T/C.
https://www.pret.co.uk/en-GB/pr-media-release-club-pret-launchPret to rebrand Coffee Subscription to Club Pret to cover all freshly-made food, snacks and drinks
Subscribers will be able to access 20% off everything sold in-shop, as well as up to five barista-prepared drinks per day, for just £30 per month and half price in the first month
Existing subscribers will get the full deal for £25 for the first 40 days ahead of the price increasing to £30
Follows the huge success of the Pret Coffee Subscription, now redeemed 1.25 million times per week, up 11% year-on-year
Marks an evolution in Pret’s loyalty offer, reinvesting in its most loyal customer base and team members
26 April 2023, UK
Existing Coffee Subscribers will automatically become part of Club Pret. Their current monthly price of £25 per month will only change to £30 at their next billing cycle on or after 5th June.
So sounds like Op had a previous version of the offer "a subscriber of our Coffee Subscription" & has missed any emails in relation to the above change.

Given they now say they found it via the Pret app it opens up that maybe they are running an old version of the app or such? Don't use their app myself so cannot look at the links in there.

How did you subscribe to the service? These terms and conditions are for the Manchester trial of Pret’s coffee subscriptions. The shops where coffee subscriptions can be redeemed are in Manchester at the following locations: Spinningfields, Arndale Centre, Cross Street, Deansgate Veggie Pret, Piccadilly Station, Media City, Oxford Street, Portland Street, Trafford Centre, University Square, Manchester Airport, the “Participating Shops”.Were you looking to sign up just in that area?
When did you start your subscription based on that information?0 -
Is it possible the OP is looking at a cached version of the information on their phone?
Also, the screenshots the OP has shared state "Unless you cancel it, your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive months at the then-current subscription fee" which seems to allow for price changes.2 -

Let's hope your employer doesn't dust off an old copy of your first employment contract where your salary was much lower than it is today, else they could recover the difference from any pay increases you've had since the day you started.
That is how it works, right?
