Car Finance Response from Mobilize (RCI - Renault)

I purchased new cars from Renault in 2004 and 20-7, but I think I read that my 2007 purchase is probably the only one that can be looked at.

Mobilize said because they can't find my email that can't respond. but back on 2004 and 2007 I don't think I used my email as a contact option. As I used Martin's letter I provided my address, DOB and car registrations (I no longer have the paperwork)
It seems like they've responded like I've made a generic enquiry rather than a specific one.
Has anyone else had a similar response from their car finance company? What did you do?
Thanks

If they were new cars it's unlikely the Dealer would have bumped the APR because most new cars are advertised with a finance offer alongside, typically at low(ish) rates. Did you get the advertised rate? What was the APR?

2.5% and 5.9% I think, so yes pretty low APRs and probably not much chance of the dealership over inflating the APR.0

Has anyone else had a response like this from them?
I replied that I didn't have a current finance agreement, I'm awaiting a response0 -
Not a response like this as such
first response was demanding more information. Which I sent but just had another reply saying my agreements are after January 2021 so won’t count - except it clearly says 2009 and I sent them all the documentation - feels like they’re being deliberately difficult and also the phone number is for a different company (the guy I spoke to was most confused)0
