Nationwide switch bonus not paid

I applied on 22/12/23, have a photo screenshot of a ‘chat’ with Nationwide that said I’d applied on the last day of the incentive.
I subsequently got a phone call saying I’d missed the deadline. They said that it shouldn’t have taken so long for me to be told that and offered a £50 payment as compensation for the time I’d spent trying to get an answer.

Before the ‘chat’ I’d made two phone calls to them, the first operator said they were a bit behind paying the bonus so wait a few days. The second phone call operator said they couldn’t see why I hadn’t been paid the bonus but they would check and phone me back, they never phoned back.
has anyone else had this problem? Anyone got any ideas of what I can do about this?
