Down too here in South West Wales. Also had a problem for an hour yesterday evening but tonight it's been since about 8pm. Nothing on O2 website though.

Just got off the phone with O2 Network Services.
They have advised me that there is currently a major problem in the whole of the South West.
There currently trying to sort the fault.
