ECO4 Scheme

A company has offered me a free boiler installation under the ECO4 Scheme. I meet the criteria for the free boiler because iof health issues.
However, how do I find out if the company is authorised to do this. They have not shown me any certification and have not specified how they get paid for the work.

You are normally offered a heat pump, insulation upgrade and solar panels under the ECO4 scheme.
Have you looked at the company website to see what credentials they hold?0
