How do you get rid of the mse app

Good afternoon,

when i type in mse, it keeps taking me to the mse app, which i dont get on with. I have tried  removing it by pressing it dowm. It jiggles but does not allow me to delete like all the others.
Can anyone help please

Hello there. I am using an Ipad air. I just dont like being whizzed forward to something I havent chosen. I like the format of a proper web page and I am ised to it now. I think the ap is too linear and ‘bitty’ , it doesnt help you navigate easily and there are too many prompts for my liking. Have you any idea how I can delete the app please? I cant even delete it from the app store.

Hi @GoldenOldy  - thanks for the extra info. I will pass on to the app team.  I'm unsure why you wouldn't be able to delete the app when the icon is 'jiggling' as with any other app, but I will make enquiries.

Hi again @GoldenOldy  - my colleague MSE Beth has suggested you try this:

Go to Settings > Storage > clicking on the app in the list (you can search for it too) > Delete app
