Don't wait. Send it again with the email title saying

'URGENT - UNPROCESSED DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE - CLAIM NO xxxxxxx

Thank you again, she has just done this.

Look what arrived in the post today.
My wife did re-send on the 18th May regardless, we will keep an eye on MCOL to ensure it's been received.

MCOL currently states: "General sanctions order was made on 17/05/2025"

Both times the email has been sent she received the auto-response from DCB as well as CNBC.

A quick call to the CNBC, the person on the other end of the line suggests if it's been resent on May 18 then there is nothing else to be done and it should get processed this time, but is unsure why it never in April. He suggested another week or so before it gets processed and updated on MCOL, however did note they will delay the strike out to allow for time for processing in most cases it's not a strict 7 day rule.

If for some reason it does get struck out he seems to think it can be escalated further because both times she has received the auto-response directly after emailing the DQ email (DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk) which can bring this back on track or something?

The last thing we need is a default CCJ for something petty like DQ failing to process or deleting emails!

Yes you can stamp your feet to get them to reverse it if they do wrongly cause a CCJ but that's a major headache!  Does happen.

So keep checking MCOL and how about emailing a formal complaint to HMCTS now. They'll handle it quickly & sort it for you.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Life has been hectic lately. This all got sorted out and the complaint was responded to quite quickly also.

On the 17th June I had the mediation call on behalf of my wife who was at work. ECP tried to lower the value from £260 something to £170 something lol. I said no thanks, parking was paid for on the day albeit under a different VRN - it was still paid.

OK, keep checking and following the 12 steps   ( more likely that it was DCB Legal on the other end, not ECP  )

Check MCOL regularly to see when the case is transferred to your local civil court , they are not involved after that point

Wait for the letter transferring it to arrive too

Wait for the subsequent court order, in the post from your local civil court,   then check deadlines etc

    Received the local court letter.

Claimant has until 20 August to pay the trial fee or file a properly completed application - failing to do so the claim will be struck out, otherwise the hearing date is set for 17 September.

Hearing is scheduled for 17th September. Which means she has until 3rd September latest to provide a WS and to email it to both DCB and the Local Court.

I assume both my wife and DCB received the letter on the same day as within an hour or two they had emailed offering to settle for £60, the irony  :D of course, it was ignored.
