Coupon-mad said:The only DCB Legal one that went to court was at Cardiff, as they are not doing hearings. DCB got a free hit (of a case they would have discontinued...) courtesy of Cardiff court's clueless Judges.
Or possibly a four figure multi-PCN one last year may have had a hearing.
All others are discontinued every time.
Admit to driving if you are more comfortable taking that stance. You'll win anyway.

But surely you have also seen the 300+ discontinuances of single PCN cases recorded diligently by @Umkomaas?
That's what will happen to your case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Blimey!! That thread is reassuring
let’s hope I don’t have to waste much more time on this beyond the defence submission, but from a quick scan I can see some completed witness statements before receive notice of discontinuance….1 -
Defence filed and acknowledgement received from HMCTS.A few days later DCB Legal emailed me advising they intend to proceed and attaching a copy of their directions questionnaire that they’ve filed. So I wait to hear from the court requesting same from me ? Anyone know how long this might take? Thanks0
