Having read about new claims for finance discretionary commission on car finance there could be another line of claims for caravan hire purchase agreements.
My HP agreement from 2012 was completed on a car finance form with the vehicle registration filled as date purchased, no mileage and no date first registered, any thoughts or comments ?
