Ford Reclaim

Hi
just wondering if anyone has advice.
I sent of my reclaim for the discretionary commission via mse.
I have a current and past pcp with them. I used Ford finance from the drop down.
I have had a reply from Ford saying that the email provided on mse site is wrong and my email had gone to Ford lease and they can’t deal with it.
They gave me an email for Ford fleet services to try. I’m not sure this is the right place though.
Does anyone know if the email address on the site is wrong and if it was has it been updated. Is it worth me starting again if it has been updated. Or should I dig out the paperwork and see if there’s an email on there? Or are they just fobbing me off
many thanks

MSE is not immune to errors.   Best go by the Ford website

  • I had a response from Ford today telling me they had found my details and wanted my current address.

Complete speculation on my part, but the lack of statement from Ford Credit, plus the potential that a financing service owned by Ford might be in cahoots with dealers under the same corporate umbrella is interesting to say the least.....
  • Any ideas what to do if no reply from Ford
I had 2 pcp with ford finance not even had a letter of acknowledgement

you wait.   None of them are going to be looked at until after September, and depending on the FCA report outcome, it could be another 6-18 months on top of that.

if you have heard nothing by September, then try again after the FCA report is published.
