A couple of other potential solutions.Your question intrigued me so I checked with my provider O2 and they do support 3 way calling apparently, You need to contact them first to set it up. I am wondering if they will set it up for a PAYG sim? Worth exploring?Have you got LPA for your relative? If you haven't, it will take weeks to get by which time winter might be over. But worth considering for the future.0
