People's Energy - Claim?

  • Hi, the deadline for submitting claims to People's Energy is by 23.59 on Monday 11th November 2024. I joined because I was told I would become a shareholder so I'm submitting a claim for misrepresentation. I don't have any sums for the amount so I'm just putting the percentage I don't have access to the sums to work the exact amount out. Follow the instructions on the email.
Does anyone on here have the sums to help us?

The two individuals who set it up looks to be getting  50 million, but that's all I know about sums.

Hi has anyone had an email from [Removed by Forum Team]  advising you may be entitled to a claim from People's Energy.  Not sure if this is a scam email a lot of legal jargon on the email it  mentions could be due compensation due  to claims People's Energy  made to customers that they would be shareholders which never happened.  there is a link to a portal which I haven't clicked on  as not sure if this is  genuine.
Hi , i I received the same email , looked very complicated which put me of pursuing but i think i will definately look further into it .  Would be interested to know if anyone has submitted a claim and is in the process , I think we had until August to sumbit
The deadline is 23.59 on Monday 11th November 2024. I'm just doing mine now.
  • Hi there, I claimed via the administrators as a victim of this data breach and have just been offered £750. This seems low - has anyone else had an offer?

    £750 sounds about right.

Anyone had any luck with this scheme- I've been pursuing it but now been told that my claim has been rejected, and have 21 days to contest this decision. Anyone had any positive outcome?
  • Yes, as above, £750 for the impact of the data breach specifically - what was your claim for Mike?
