I am yet to receive copy of the Claimant’s Direction Questionnaire. I thought I should have received it by now because sending out mine. Is this not supposed to be the case?

I received Mediation Appointment today even though the Claimant hasn’t sent me copy of their Direction Questionnaire. Please do I need to do anything about this?

Appointment date: 21/03/2025

Appointment time slot: 13:30 to 16:30

Hi All,
I received a letter from County Court confirming this claim has been allocated to the Small Claims Track (Hearing). I am now required to send witness statements to the court no later than 4pm on 21 May 2025. The Hearing is scheduled on 3 July 2025. Please could you guide me on how to go about writing witness statement. Is there any template I can use?

DCB Legal has also emailed me indicating their preparedness to settle the case if I make £100 payment out of £309.64 claimed. I am wondering how to respond to the offer but I don't really feel they deserve a dime from me after all the stress they caused me. Any views on this? The court has specifically asked for a number of evidence from the claimant and I don't see them been in a position to provide all the evidence especially agreement with the landowner given that Civil Enforcement signed agreement with Oxfam who is not the land owner. Incidentally, Oxfam has vacated the premises since May 2023.
