Hi All, I have now received a date for the hearing on the 4th of March, 2025. Just to confirm, I need to submit my evidence and the witness statement no later than 14 days before the hearing?

Let's hope other Judges follow this lead; (the "PUT UP or SHUT UP" approach).Coupon-mad said:We bet you won't need to, because the clever Judge has made their deadline the week after next, haha!

That nearly 3 to 4 months time difference is remarkable, never seen that before, but a great thing for the defendant !
Yes your defendant deadline is in the middle of February 20252 -
@Coupon-mad - You were absolutely spot on! I received an email confirming 'Notice of discontinuance' from the claimant's legal team on 8 Nov. Another one bites the dust! Many thanks for all your help! Couldn't have done it without you all! xx

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
