o2 will cancel your contract with 3 when you submit a PAC code. They'll also co-ordinate the end date for your service from your current network and the start date for the service from your new network.
Kind Regards,

The PAC will notify Three to transfer your mobile service and number.
If your minimum term is served on your Three contract (or it's a PAYG service) then this will end your arrangement with them. If it's a PAYM service you are moving from then Three will issue a final bill. There's no need to give any other notice.2 -
Thanks. Yes, I'm out of contract with Three so there will be no penalty.0

One thing, don't cancel any DD you may have in place with Three until the final bill has been issued and any refund of monthly advance payment has been received,3

Np, you don't need to do anything. Make sure both sims are inserted in working phones over the next 48 hours. You will have about 2 hours where your sim will go "down". Just restart your phone and it should be sorted. I just switched from Vodafone to O2 and it was pretty hassle free.0
