Hi y'all, I've had 3 car finances since 2010. Ford, Renault dacia and Nissan but thr form says it can't find details and to find myself. I have no clue who or where to find their email to start claims. Any ideas? They were all sunderland based.

If it was myself, I would just "google" each of the names and then find the contact details for the business.0

Or you could just wait until after the FCA has completed its review and see what is recommended at the time. One of the options being considered will be whether to force the firms that did it to be proactive rather than reactive. Also, firms that didn't use discretionary interest (which is probably most of them) will very soon start putting that information out and firms that did will also be putting out that information and what people need to do.
The FCA have suspended complaints regarding discretionary interest. So, whether you dot it now after after the FCA report won't make a difference.
So, diarising to look again after the FCA publish their report (September) is probably the simplest and most sensible option.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Not sure when you got your Nissan, but if you got it from a Nissan dealer, and had PCP through Nissan Finance or Nissan Financial Services, then that was provided by RCI Financial Services, which rebranded to Mobilize Financial Services UK in 2022. They can be contacted on customerservices@mobilize-fs.com.
In my experience, they have not been amazingly helpful. Even when provided with the Policy Number and Car Registration, they said they couldn't find the policy. I had to provide some paperwork (I found the end-of-policy Settlement Agreement).0
