Shawbrook Login Broken?

Shawbrook are not sending out codes to the mobiles linked to accounts. This is a repeated situation - neither my wife nor I are receiving the codes on our mobiles. In a further development Shawbrook have a message " Sessions not available" immediately you hit the log in button. Scary stuff

Had issues yesterday not receiving txt code , seems ok this morning

It wasn't working yesterday afternoon.  Received text codes about six hours after requesting them. But was fine this morning.

Shawbrook's log in process is a joke. Especially on a phone rather than a PC.  It is a lottery from one day to the next whether or not it works.

I never had a problem before starting this thread, nor since that issue got resolved. My only gripe at the moment is they don't have a self-service way of changing the voice or SMS numbers setup for your login.
