Shawbrook Login Broken?

Hi
Anyone else having trouble logging into Shawbrook?
It's randomly either saying my password is incorrect, or giving error message "Forced to logoff due to sesion expired"
Password reset gets to the SMS code stage then fails with error "An error has occurred: Unable to save because this data has been updated by another user. Retry your action."
I dont need in urgently so if the web site is broken I can just wait and try tomorrow. If others can login then it must be my account screwed up and I'll need to get in contact.

Not trying to teach egg sucking, but I had fails because my Caps Lock had been left on

Worth checking of course, but just typing incorrect password doesn't explain those two strange error messages.0

Working again, but looks like my settings were screwed up. This time it said my password had expired, I guess that might be from my attempts this morning. Password reset worked OK this time, no strange error messages at any stage.0

I had that a few weeks ago. 'Updated by another user' is a very scary way to word it but I think it just means it generated 2 of the same OTP by mistake somehow.0
