hello guys. a driver parked in town on 22-03-23 and even having had the app to pay on their phone, forgot. or, didn't add more time. A number of letters have been received, the lates of which are ZZPS, and GCTT. GCTT is new to me, so im assuming legal action is to follow.
any advice on how to prepare? not finding much on QDR.
thank you

You tell us 'a number of letters have been received' but give no clue as to their content.
I am going to guess that these are nothing more than debt collectors letters and the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.

Do you notmally attract scammers ??
Sadly this time you have.
The OSNER scam called ZZPS, then another OSNER set up called GCTT and finally the SON OF WHOPLA called QDR

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
