TSB monthly saver

Had a monthly saver matured 04 Feb tried today to open new account but got message saying you don't qualify as you already have one anybody have the same issue

UPDATE: I fixed it...finally! Managed to remember (eventually) the log-in details for the newer profile, logged in and it allowed me 'see' the debit card AND open the new monthly saver. Now having issues paying in, but that's another story...

PS You might also try re-registering for online access, which might fix similar issues.
