Hi
I was looking at my dad's account dashboard and there's no option to renew. He's currently on the Sept 23 loyalty fix.

I knew that when I fixed and as summer is coming up it would make very little difference to me as my usage will be very low,
That was my calculation at the time and I am happy to stick to it until September1 -

It seems to go missing for some amount of time after taking a fix but should still be found at octopus.energy/dashboard/accounts/accountnumber/tariff-renewal/#/ but the situation is more about taking a Loyalty 12M as now it has no early exit fee - switching from flexible or something else with no fee - knowing that better deals might appear with the April or July cap0

I moved to the Octopus Loyal 12m Fix on Saturday with a view to keeping an eye on Flexible come April in case the cap brings the units rates lower than my fix. For me, the Change Tariff option also disappeared at the point of change.
As my confirmation email for Loyal 12m Fix didn’t saying anything about £0 exit fee, I emailed Octopus to confirm so that I had it in writing. At the same time I asked about the Change Tariff area disappearing from the website. As always, Octopus got back to me very quickly to confirm the £0 exit fee and I was also told there is a technical difficulty with the website which is being worked on and the Change Tariff option should return soon.2 -
Until it returns it's worth bookmarking the tariff renewal page when taking the fix - currently octopus.energy/dashboard/accounts/accountnumber/tariff-renewal/#/ if already taken - there's every chance better deals will come out within the 12 months. This was an o/p question - is only a supplier switch possible. The EDF dashboard always kept tariff comparison and switching visible - plus it has other things like payment method change.
There are other 'technical difficulties' with the dashboard - like My Energy which apart from not showing gas in kWh/£ seems to reset to trying to show today's data after a cookie clear (impossible so it gives the fiddlesticks message) - odd as history is cloud data.0
