How do you think they know who the driver is? Why would you pay the scammers if following the advice on this forum directs you how to avoid that.

Have you tried Plan A... a complaint to the landowner? Plan B will be an appeal to the PPC. There is no advice to go to Plan C, an appeal to the IAS. It may come down to Plan D, where a judge will decide whether you owe a debt to the PPC.

Most people who come here for advice, especially at an early stage, are pleasantly surprised when they find that these speculative invoices from unregulated private parking companies are easily defeated.

Is this the location? The image, from May 2023, is a clickable link to the GS View.

8 months ago, there was no sign of any PPC infestation. Were there any signs at all about parking that you could see? Anywhere? The road itself appears to be regulated and therefore not relevant land.
Going to check on Sunday and look for any restrictions !

    What's 'clear as mud'?

It clearly says what to do and when to appeal and how to appeal. Template copying.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It’s not clear it’s confusing and there are no clear answers just a lot of people who think they know best

    Were you visiting Dale Textiles?
If not, why did you think it OK to park on their forecourt?

If you were visiting Dale Textiles, get them to intervene.
