    Nice and easy

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Yeah, they'll just transfer everything across without changes then screw it all up at a later date. ;p

This might be interesting for me as I have a Tesco credit card that has my single highest limit of £15.4k (currently zero balance). I get frequent balance and money transfers through that I’ve often used.

I also have 3 x Barclaycard totalling a credit a credit limit of £24.5k across them ( one used on a weekly basis for 2% cashback at supermarkets and petrol stations ) but the other two unused ( 1 x Hilton card that is only used when staying at Hilton’s, and a 0.5% cashback card that was originally, way back in the day, an EGG money card).

In the long run I will be interested to see if Barclays convert it to a 4th Barclaycard or not.
    Best Regards,

Indeed, will be a bit of a pain if you can't BT between them if they start treating them that way, seems a bit hit and miss, I can BT Lloyds to Halifax for example

I might be going doolally but I cannot see a mention of a fee free card mentioned

My Tesco card is the Clubcard+ credit card that you pay £7.99 per month to be a member of Clubcard+ for ( i spend more than £80 a month I at tesco any way so I make the fee work for the 10% twice monthly discount.

I’ve only ever had one fee free transfer. Usually it’s between 2% and 3% but that’s lower than repeat offers on other cards that are usually 4% to 5%.
    Best Regards,

  • Interesting or not I couldn't care less about Barclays. I've learnt not to concern myself with anything that I have no control over. Any account that looks attractive or offers an enhanced interest rate will get my attention in due course irrespective of Barclays poor reputation for law breaking.

I have the same but it shows 3.99% for MT. How do you receive the offers on that rate?
