Hi All, Does anyone have an email address for Fiat Financial Services? I cannot find one anywhere and would like to register my claim. Thanks!

Note there is no claim or reclaim

For the sake of simplicity, just use Resolver (caveat they use your data, anonymously, to make money) else just write to Fiat or the dealership who sold your car. Do you know for a fact that they used this commission model?

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

This is a very recent potential scandal. Nobody really knows how many firms used the DCA or indeed, how many it applied to (when not everyone would have been affected). You may struggle to find many other people on here who were the same. Have you approached the car dealership or even Fiat themselves to ask ?

  • Hi, I contacted Fiat today and was pleasantly surprised to find them very helpful.
I got my last 3 cars agreement numbers and registrations from them, told to complete the template on Martins page and email it to commission.uk@ca-autobank.com
  • Hi, I too struggled to find the relevant email address for Fiat Financial Services, so I sent the template email on Martins page to Fiats customer service email address:
    service-centre@fcagroup.com on the 06/02/2024
I have just received a reply back (15/02/2024)  from:
    commission.uk@ca-autobank.com With the following response:

Re: Formal enquiry about my motor finance agreement

Thank you for your recent inquiry asking for confirmation of whether we paid the dealer a discretionary commission for your introduction to us. We're checking our records and will come back to you in due course. You don't need to contact us again. We'll be in touch when we've completed the search of our records. Kind regards, CA Auto Finance

    hope this helps!
  • I had the same response from FAC with that email, but I have had no information since. Has anybody heard back from them?.

No, nobody will as everything is on hold until the FCA review is done. Remember, despite Martin's sensationalist claims, there is every chance they will simply agree there was no mis-selling and close it off. Or they may tell everyone affected to be compensated by £50 or who knows what, so there is no point the firms responding.

  • Hi haven’t been on here before so excuse any mistakes Re Fiat auto finance thanks to person who posted the link for e mail complaint.. I am currently trying to sort out claims .. I think it’s worth doing and I don’t think Martin is being sensationalist.. I don’t like feeling cheated . Watched his show recently and I agree with what he says. We have at least 5 claims to make which cove the years in question so fingers crossed we’ll get something back .. eventually One tip I could maybe pass on is to look on your banking app to see if they provide online statements.. I found a lot of info doing that going back to before 2000 … also you can get the agreement number if you look at the direct debit info … hope this helps someone else as I could only find a couple of agreements we’d kept.

Martin is suggesting billions and billions will be paid to anyone who had car finance, it's absoletely sensationalist. No-one wants to be cheated but you don't know if you were, or if you even had DCA
