Lebara Issues
Anyone had any issue with Lebara recently. My phone was suddenly barred on Tuesday. Managed to get through on webchat and was told there was a chargeback raised so they barred me. Checked with my bank - no chargeback. Three days later I am still barred and everytime I go to webchat I am told to wait 24 hours and it will be sorted!
Also the help phone number 5588 takes you through to vodaphone but they can't access the account , so not sure what the point of that it.

I think 5588 only connects to Lebara if you are calling from a Lebara sim. From a non Lebara sim the number is 0207 031 07910

If I try to make a call on my phone I get redirected to the vodaphone call centre who can't access my account , so not sure what to do. If they say I have to wait 24 hours again tomorrow I may jump on a train down to their head office !0
