Can I please have an opinion/advice on the following please. I received a car parking charge whilst at my gym - virgin active Twickenham. Members need to enter their car registration details upon entry so that you can use the parking facilities there. It’s run by a separate company. The manager of the gym mentions that she…

Well I don’t have the time/patience to dispute this any further at this stage and I’ll just pay the £20 to get them off my back. Please let me know who you are escalating to as the manager there has passed me a name who doesn’t seem to be the right person. She also mentioned that the club/employees are owned by RFU which was a surprising revelation as I thought the health club was owned by VA!
