Old agreement numbers

I am needing to find car finance agreement numbers as I have gotten rid of the paperwork, I have tried to find them on my Experian report but as they are older than 6 years. I have also tried to contact the finance providers by phone (no joy) and have now emailed which can take up to 7 days for a reply. Are there any other ways I can get these numbers?

Unless the providers still have them, but they potentially won't keep details of accounts older than 6 years, or be able to provide you any details. What do you need them for?

The finance providers will not (unsurprisingly) be able to provide any finance agreement numbers
