Thank you for all the comments and advice, the woman didn't call me back so I rung Currys again. For some reason that person could sort things out, I initially asked for an exchange but just asked for a refund as he was about to send out the same product and then a fridge. Will call Logik tomorrow to see if I can get the correct version delivered, otherwise will just order a different product from another store or go without (I only need the freezer for a few months)
