Community Fibre - am I in a post code 'blackspot'

I've been waiting for Community Fibre since watching their engineers working outside my house last year. Their post code checker says 'coming soon' but I've spoken with a neighbour two doors down (but has a different post code), who signed up a few weeks ago.

I thought that this was weird, so I checked the neighbouring post codes on the Community Fibre site and they are all live - except mine.

I live on a T-junction (see diagram) where three different post codes meet, and either my section of the street has not been added to the post code database, or worse not been wired up even though they were working in my post code area...

I called Community Fibre and they simply repeated what the post code checker says (rather than willing to escalate my query to check if the post code database is correct).

Has anyone come across anything similar?
