    "Authorised parking only" means that they were not offering you a contract to park and you cannot be charged anything by a third party for what is basically trespass.

    If you were there half an hour without a permit then possibly you might consider £30 is better than being sued for £150.  Depends on the circumstances and how willing you are to fight

    Like you so many people don't receive 1st and/or 2nd pcn but the £170 payment due letter often manages to drop through letter boxes.

    PPCs always claim discounted rate/full rate pcns/court claim letters were sent though they offer no evidence to prove this. Since they CHOOSE NOT to provide evidence of their posting we must continue to press gov to ensure they do and see it included in the new Parking CoP.

  • Today my neighbour brought me the missing letter. He held it al this time. 
    This is the original PCN. 
    I don't know either I thankful or not.
    I was nearly to pay the fine and forget of this case.
