Hello all!
I had the parking fine from the Parkingeye.
It says, the car stayed at the Campus parking for 31 min. 
The fine is £60.

I sent them the letter, where asked to provide the details of their rights to ask for this fine 
Instead of answering they replied, I may pay the discounted summ of £30.

How do you think, does it make sense to appeal against their decision?

You have shown us a Reminder. Can we please see the original Parking Charge Notice.

You have shown us the back of the reminder notice you received. You need to show the original NtK you received.

Based on the location information, there is a good chance that this notice fails PoFA as "Swansea Campus" does not clearly define the relevant land where the event took place. A quick search on Google Maps brings top several locations for "Swansea Campus" such as:

UW Trinity, 1 Kings Rd, Swansea SA1 8PH
Swansea Business School, High St, Swansea SA1 1NE
Swansea University, Singleton Park, Sketty, Swansea SA2 8PP
IQ Campus UW, Trinity Waterfront, Swansea SA1 8EW
College of Art, Dynevor Pl, De-La Beche St, Swansea SA1 3EU
Prifysgol Cymru, Swansea SA1 6EE

There are plenty more. However, you will notice that not one of these "Swansea Campus" locations have the same post code and therefore cannot be a single location. 

I recently submitted a POPLA Appeal on behalf of a friend under exactly the same circumstances against a ParkingEye NtK with exactly the same issue... an ambiguous location which does not define the relevant land makes the NtK non-PoFA compliant. The appeal was successful.

Thank you very much for your reply. 
I haven't got any other NTK, only this one, which I've submitted. 
I received it at the middle of January, when it was too late to pay the reduced amount.

So you only got the reminder?  That's odd.   Therefore we can't tell you if the first PCN was POFA compliant or not. 

Are you out of time to pay the £20 or £30 they offered?

"Authorised parking only" means that they were not offering you a contract to park and you cannot be charged anything by a third party for what is basically trespass.

Not yet, they extended the time to pay reduced amount of £30 for me. Do you think it's better to pay?
