Yodel are the worst - A food delivery (Gousto) was "delivered" (dumped) yet again this week to a different address, vaguely near where we live, by Yodel. No other courier has a problem finding our place.

If I could avoid Yodel I would, but Gousto does not allow you to avoid them, even by paying more.
A family member buys from a company that only uses Yodel, and they truly are excellent at delivering *somewhere*, anywhere that's not the right address.

Yodel are worse than Evri in my experience. They've twice delivered my parcels to Scotland (the tracking for the day of delivery later updated after the event to show them 'out for delivery' from a 'local' depot - had updates been put online along the way, I'd have been able to contact them and advise that their courier wasn't even in the right country!) When I contacted them to tell them they'd 'delivered' my parcel over 500 miles from my address, they advised me to check with a neighbour.

On the other occasion they initially refused to speak to me, saying that it wasn't my name on the parcel. After sending me back to the retailer they did then speak to me, so I never got to the bottom of what was wrong.

One eventually found its way to me, but damaged.

Eventually got my money back for both, but it did rather concern me when I ordered flowers for my cousin's birthday during lockdown and the retailer advised they had been dispatched with Yodel.

The only parcel they successfully delivered to my address was delivered at 7:30am!

Not by Fedex is it? Taking my parcel to Wales!

eBay seller contacted. Annoying as it’s a) a needed item and b) Purchased with Topcashback’s £2 bonus offer, so I don’t want a refund.

    Lol no.
I think it’s by a new company connected to a company called Swifts, who in turn did something with Tuffnell’s.

I've just received a Yodel delivery. They've been acquired by YDLGP Limited.

    Move along, nothing to see.

What is the current situation with Yodel? In administration? I ask because ebay still offers Yodel as a delivery option. And it is often cheapest.
