Emirates - lost luggage and appalling customer service

Does anyone else on here have experience on how to escalate a complaint regarding an airline (in this case Emirates) and their (lack of) response to multiple calls and general lack of communication? Seemingly there is no one at Emirates that takes responsibility.

Once eight weeks have elapsed since your complaint was raised, you can escalate to Aviation ADR if the flight was within their scope, e.g. to/from the UK:

This would only be for enforcing your legal rights rather than softer issues such as perceptions of customer service, etc.0
