Has anyone else been ripped off by this company. Had house insurance with them, last year as i was moving i wasn't going to renew, didn't get a renewal email or letter only an email saying thankyou for renewing, i spent hours on their site trying to cancel but couldn't find any info, so i messaged twice saying i do not want to renew, had no response so cancelled DD they set up another DD and took a payment so i cancelled that DD. Eventually after many days managed to cancel, they then went into my Paypal account and stole over £114 without my permission for cancelation fees, more than what the years insurance was, i had paid them a £5 deposit 2 years previous from my paypal account which is how they got into my account. For anyone thinking of using this company visit their site it states on there review page Cancellation DIFFICULT so AVOID

The real morals of this story is...
1) diary when your renewal is so you shop around in plenty of time and know to contact your current broker/insurer if for some reason you don't see a renewal notice
2) cancelling payment does not legally cancel a contract and just creates more problems for you in the future
Have you informed your new insurers, for Home, Motor etc, that you have had a policy cancelled? You'll have to be declaring that for life with most insurers now.0
