Parking fine - Going to court - Guidance appreciated

So sister arrives in court...
Everything happens in a small room with a Judge.
DCB Lawyer is some overworked young (probably just graduated) individual with many cases thrown at them.
Judge looks at the case asks each will speak their piece and we will tackle each point. Both parties agree to proceed.
Judge immediately then says this case is dismissed and no point proceeding as the contract the parking land contract is from 2014 and expired in 2019, there's no legal basis here.
Sister immediately wins without a word uttered and she's given £35\hr (max of £95) + mileage to be paid within 14 days.
Everybody, just go fight! Don't give in, even if you lose ,you won't pay the same amount they are scamming you with and would be much less. If we all fought, there would be none of this!
