I am an Anglian water customer (for sewerage water) and have been informed by them that Essex and Suffolk water are taking control of sewerage bill for us soon
i have asked about the rebate due to customers because of the Offwat ruling and have been given the new charges
whenbi enquired about how much each customer was getting back I was told that it’s been calculated.
i asked for some actual figures or transparency and they are ‘unable’ to show me
