Charged full price from Lebara with uSwitch deal

I helped my wife find a new SIM only deal with Lebara through uSwitch. The deal is for 30gb data, £3.58 for the first 3 months then £8.95 thereafter.

Once we completed the order (all while double checking everything was correct), my wife received an email from Lebara confirming 30gb data SIM only package but for £15pm. She's also received a pending payment notification from her bank for £15.

I'm confused with whats happened here. Has uSwitch/Lebara messed up or does the discount get applied after the SIM is activated and the pending payment amends accordingly?
