Vinted pending to available balance

usually as soon as buyer confirms all is well your money moves from pending to available within an hour, this glitch seems to have started late yesterday. Many of us have completed sales, buyer has confirmed all is well but our money isn't showing as available yet. 

Hopefully they will sort this glitch out quickly.

Hi, Yes Vinted is full of glitches at the moment, a lot of it from their own doing.
You do know that all the T&Cs are changing, have you read through them carefully? If they sent them to you in English that is and not French, as they did me and quite a lot of others. Luckily the French didn't phase me. 
Oh, and sorry, your earnings might stay in the pending balance longer than usual. We're working on it! They are working on it alright!  One of our members had a message from them when she queried her pending balance, and she was told that it was up to 2 days after an item was marked as received that the money was released but now it was going to be 5 days!!!!!!
They are sneakily trying to change things and that is why they wanted the forums closed. We were talking too much and finding out too much and they wanted to stop us.

@TGH thank you for posting. I suspect a lot of confused Vinties will be looking for help and advice. MSE is a very big forum with a strong presence online and I expect a lot of people will come here first and hopefully you will be around to either help or redirect them.

I do use Vinted but as it’s currently limited to personal sellers only my main sales are still on eBay where I can run a small business, however , a lot of my personal stuff is now going on Vinted as I find there are a lot of buyers on there . If, as it is believed, Vinted will allow business sellers with proper registration at some point in the future I will move a lot more across as a sole trader.

The problem people are having with delayed payments was highlighted on the BBC This Morning programme.  A lot of people are having the same problems and the advice they gave was to "keep complaining and publishing on social media, as no company likes adverse publicity".

I think Martin would agree with this advice, so anybody having problems getting their payments sent through, please, start writing and let Vinted know we won't let them get away with it!

Hi, help! 

I sent an item 5 weeks ago and it’s still not shipped!? After 25 days and the buyer as instructed by Vinted has to report it ‘lost’ ? I’ve now had a message from Vinted saying the buyer will be refunded (the parcel is lost) and I will be compensated (probably the amount I was selling the item for? And it should show in my balance! I’ve just checked I now cannot see any of my balance from items that I sold previously? And no ‘balance button/oprltion’ ?? My balance isn’t there??? Help and neither is the ‘compensation’ from Vinted?? I’ve contacted Vinted but not heard back as yet! Help

Is there a time period where if a buyer doesn't click all is ok with the order where you automatically get paid? Ive sent items and they have been delivered. Some aren't paid but delivered.

Buyers have 48 hours to confirm delivery or raise a dispute after that the sale is finalised. Then anytime from then, to around 24 hours or so the money moves from pending to available. 

Vinted is as bad, if not worse than eBay for glitches, occasionally the system halts and people have reported waiting longer than 24 hours after confirmation for the money to become available, there was a bit of an issue last week apparently, I was lucky as it didn’t affect me, but there were a few mentions of it.

Please ask away- Vinted has some strange anomalies and it's worth checking on here as it's easy to get caught out on there as there's very little customer support.
