Vinted pending to available balance

I’ve used Vinted for quite some time now and usually when a sale is completed the funds are transferred from pending to available straight away. I had 3 sales complete yesterday afternoon and the funds are still in pending! I’ve googled it (as the Vinted forum is no longer available!) and some searches say it should be an instant transfer upon completion of the sale, like I usually experience, and some say it can take 2 days.
Anyone else experienced a delay or is there something I am missing? Thanks

Hi - same for me: 5 sales completed yesterday and funds stuck in pending. I’ve raised queries with Vinted for each, but no change as yet.2

Hi Both, Yep same here glad it's not just me I've got 5 items pending from yesterday and had no replies to anything I've sent and now there's no forum I couldn't see if it was just me. If they're going to start hanging on to the money for 2 days too then when you get a buyer that doesn't release the money that's going to be 4 days! I've noticed they've done some app updates a few things look different so perhaps they're having some issues but if this is a new 'thing' then it's very unfair. I'm always worried to post anything else today in case there's a bigger issue with them1

Just had a message back saying they have a very large amount of messages to get through so expect a delay in an answer so I'd imagine it's everyone messaging them about this1

I too have the same problem, messages being ignored and money sat in pending balance even though sale is completed. Customer service is totally useless 🤬0

There is a new facebook group that is quite helpful - but be warned some of the groups are appalling as admin give terrible advice so choose the right one. The one that seems to look good is called.
Vinted UK - questions and answers - members community help and support
Basically though it looks like the system has possibly changed for some people and there is now a delay in paying out. No one is really getting any responses from Vinted as since the forums were taken down everyone now has to contact Vinted with issues- and they have no real support.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for your comments. I will take a look at the facebook page 😊 I’ve just gone on the app and Vinted have added the following message to the homepage ‘sorry, your earnings might stay in pending balance longer than usual. We’re working on it!’ 😏1

Newby vinted seller here! I've been a long time buyer on vinted and finally decided to clean through my clothes and sell them shipped multiple orders off and have started to have them delivered and confirmed as okay as of yesterday. Started to panic that I had done something wrong or missed something with it still holding my money.
Saw the new error message on the page, came looking to see if it was just me and saw this thread. I've noticed a few things have changed over the years as a buyer and with me being a new seller never noticed any issued. Thanks for calming panic!❤0 -

I am an Admin on the Vinted UK Questions and Answers - Member Community Help & Support Group.
We are a group of ordinary people who knew that Vinted was doing the wrong thing by closing the Members' forums and decided that if Vinted wasn't going to allow us to give help and advice to new members who had unanswered questions on-site, then we would set up a group on Facebook and try to let as many people as we could, know before the forums closed down. Of course, Vinted tried to stop us from openly telling people what we were doing, they deleted posts, disabled links, and even put one member I know on restricted messages because they accused her of sending too many! We had just over 2 weeks to set up the group, we have a total of 7 Admin and Moderators and we are all regular members who give our time for free to help & advise in any way we can. Other members help out with help & support too and you will be surprised how often you will find someone around, even at silly o'clock!
We have no affiliation with Vinted so can't offer direct support or technical assistance, you will still have to contact Vinted for that.
The group is just for "Vinties", you'll need to answer 2 easy questions to register and then you will be free to join the happy family.
We only allow posts about questions & problems
No LfL
No Wanted ads
No naming/shaming
A lot of the FAQs that were posted in the forum on Vinted were screenshot and are now posted in the new group so you have a headstart and they make good reading. Especially the ones, on how to spot a Scammer.
To date, we have 792 registered members in the Vinted UK Questions and Answers ~ Members Community Help & Support Group. I would have to say, going by those numbers Vinted is wrong in thinking that there was no need for the forum - What do you think?
