DCB Legal - question on SAR

As you didn't receive original pcn you may wish to support this.
So many people don't receive 1st and/or 2nd pcn but the £170 payment due letter often manages to drop through letter boxes. PPCs always claim discounted/full rate pcns/court claim letters were sent as dated though they offer no evidence to prove this.
Since they CHOOSE NOT to provide evidence of their posting we must continue to press gov to ensure they do and see it included in the new Parking CoP. Please sign/share @jmccabe petition closes 22nd june 2024.

Thank you and good luck

Time to add DCB Legal to the list of parking legals reported to HMRC for not answering the questions about VAT on their DRA fee. I'm not accusing anyone but HMRC need to investigate this wall of silence.
OK so now do this please - no delay:

A shorter version here fits the HMRC online max character limit:

Replace 'BW Legal/Shakespeare Martineau' in those examples with DCB Legal and change "our costs" to whatever they called the added £70 admin 'fee'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you both and for quick replies, @coupon-mad I will make that report ASAP.
Your template email and further advice was extremely helpful, I now have an extra 30 days under the PAP.
In terms of what I can use that time for, I have looked at Newbies but am not wholly sure as to what I should do in this extra time? I assume I would now complain to the BPA as suggested for refusal to allow original payment or appeal (I can prove that I hadn't seen the PCN as I originally claimed to DCB debt collection) but I haven't had chance to research this process yet and will do this in the next couple of days - any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated? (I am prepping WS and potential defences in rough)

Yes, just do the complaint about the PPC to the BPA and the complaint about DCB Legal to HMRC - both easy to do quickly online. Don't be scared of the HMRC one. Wording is in the linked thread and HMRC won't tell the company who reported a concern.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have you identified as the driver? The original NtK appears to be one of the GroupNexus non-PoFA variety.2

Thank you @Coupon-mad
@nopcns - thanks for your comment, no I have not. I have done a quick bit of research on this issue on the forum but am at work at the minute so need to have a proper sit down tomorrow. In the meantime, if you don't mind me asking by non-PoFA are you suggesting it is on non-PoFA relevant land, non-compliant with PoFA 2012, or something different? Thanks in advance0 -

The reason I missed the postal one in 2021 is because unfortunately we were between addresses, some of the places we stayed we could receive mail but it would've taken longer to update DVLA than the time we stayed there. If you have seen the one from the link above (https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/wqvs4u60ara7hrckkdd37/cp-nexus-ticket-pcn-backup-copy-redacted-2.png?rlkey=jlozdxx7kqgjtbbas068if61z&dl=0), do you think it may not be PoFA compliant? Thanks again0 -
To be sure, you need to show all the dates on the NtK and show the back of it also.0
