Unable to log in

Hi, for some reason I'm unable to log in or contact support on this site has anyone got an email or anything I can submit a request to? This is really frustrating

Which site are you referring to?  You've obviously managed to login to MSE Forum, so must be something else....

I have had the same problem since last year. I cannot log in and then when I go through the receiving an email to then change my password, the email never arrives. I have emailed the forum team so many times, I have lost count and not once has anyone got back to me. I have now had to sign up again, but can't use my email address or username, because they have already been used by me.

Hi @spidystrider2 - I've had a look and we definitely replied to your messages back in 2022. Please do contact us at forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com if you need further help, but it sounds like there might be some overzealous spam filtering going on in your email account.
