I have just checked and the only ones I could find were ParkingEye and names of people what would not be in a dictionary.  Did you have US spillchucker turned on?

If the template I used does point out incoherent PoC, I may've gotten the wrong one?

Eh? Why do you want to change English spelling to American? We use the double L.

There are no spelling mistakes that I know of in the Template Defence.

Damn American spellings, for a moment it seemed right, no worries.

Hey, herewith what I came up with. 

3. The Defendant denies being indebted to the claimant having no recollection for the Parking Charge(s) issued to vehicle FP58 YLS at Poplar 2000 (MOTO LYMM Services). The Defendant denies knowledge of the issuance of a PCN on 16/08/2022 having moved house in April 2022 to Cymru. The Defendant requested copies of previous correspondence and confirmation of the driver in some form or manner in order to determine the person responsible, the claimants are unable to provide the information. The Defendant believes the most likely scenario here is of either the vehicle being used without the owners knowledge or potentially registration plate cloning of which this is the only known instance to date. As a result the Defendant rejects the Claimants claims as the then registered owner.

You could change the grammar, I believe it would be the same in Aberystwyth!  Cardiff like to use "on papers", I.e. without a hearing!
