Hi - I have read the newbie thread and part 4 but for peace of mind would like further clarification to make sure I am reading correctly.
Can I just ignore this? My coolant light came on so I pulled over where safe (retail park) but didn't realise I couldn't enter and was in there for all of 14 minutes.
The original letter was from UKPC, but has since escalated to DCBL. If reading correctly they will just pass it back to UKPC who will then decide whether or not to take it further?

A debt collectors letter. The '14 days' is the giveaway.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.3 -
Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP, and it is never too late to do so.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

As said the letter is bog standards from DCBL .....
It's for a UKPC claim so the joke starts here ...

MOST ARE UKPC CASES
THE SUPREME COURT (they love talking about)
What DCBL say is very misleading ..... The court ruled that the ticket price include the cost operating the scheme ... NOT ADDING A FAKE £70 ?
Take NO notice of the logo at the bottom of the letter ..... "CAN'T PAY"
It's just the soap opera from CH5
Do ignore the letter, if you get a letter before claim come back here and play the game of DCBL, it's great fun
