Transfer in to Zopa

Hi, Anyone done a transfer into Zopa yet, any issues? I already have a Zopa ISA funded from this years allowance. Elsewhere I've two Virgin (exclusive) accounts which together now exceed the FSCS limit, so am considering transfering the smaller one into Zopa.

Checking properly they haven't done it right. Instead of the Virgin account being closed and accrued interest added to the transfer, instead the transfer has just taken the current balance and left the account open with zero balance. Not sure if i can do anything except wait until early next year when the interest will be paid. Can you transfer an account with zero balance?
