Best time to get a new phone and contract..

Should I get a mobile phone and contract now or wait till after April when the price rises are in? Or are the post April prices for new customers likely to include the RPI increases put on existing contracts?

I'd get one when you need it. Some suppliers like Lebara don't apply price rises mid contract
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

The best time to get a new phone is when there are good deals available. November around Black Friday is usually a good time.

If you're worried about price rises in April, try and get a deal where you pay more for your mobile upfront.

Or buy your phone separately to your connection, best of all don't get tied in to a contract.
