Any other RWG users found their original "free" bundles have been cancelled?

My wife and I were both on the 100 min 100 txt 750MB deal for one off £15 SIM card upfront (various other versions available earlier than ours (Dec 2022) in £10 and £5 versions).

Every time I make a call I am now receiving a call cost and balance notification.

Texting ukrwg1 to 669 returns "no matching bundles".

My phone and my wife's seem to be behaving in the same way. Could be a coincidence.

Any other users report similar?

Certainly haven't used it, so a bit odd.

I will ping them and email tomorrow.

No problem with mine - £15 in tact and remaining bundle allowances are in line with what I would expect when texting ukrwg1.

I got the same for a relative and will report back once I’ve been able to check their phone. We were both on the smaller bundle with no top up required (£5 top up for later joiners) originally before upgrading, and RWG had to be contacted to apply theirs as the upgrade had cancelled the smaller bundle, leaving the account reporting “no matching bundles” rather than on the larger bundle that had been purchased.

How long since you last used the phone for an outward call, text or data connection? After 90 days the SIM goes into a restricted state (inbound comms can be received, but you can’t ring out and need to ask RWG to reactivate the SIM) and after 180 you lose the account. Could either of these have happened?

Op is able to make calls but cost is being deducted from their credit balance.
Probably a glitch, I am on the same bundle (joined August 2022) and my allowance refreshed OK on 2nd feb as expected.

Have you ever had any other bundles? Could it be that somehow the free one has been cancelled in error?

All three of our family's bundles (2x£15 and 1x£5) refreshed as usual.

All sorted. Reply back this morning, all bundles added. This was caused by me adding a bundle by text and it not being charged, so they cancelled it. They have now charged for the bundle (10GB/month for 12 months £60) from my credit balance and all is well. I hadn't realised the credit was still sitting there (must check my balance more often!).
