Their website is shockingly bad even when it is working, as it logs you out far to quickly, despite doing active things!!
Once I've sorted out a current complaint I've got, I'm going to close everything.

I've just failed on my 3rd attempt. I got prompted for a customer satisfaction survey. I normally ignore them but didn't this time. I then got a prompt asking if I would like to make a complaint, so I did.
