In case you can't disable Voicemail (VM), you can also use GSM codes to divert the call (unconditional Call Forwarding)to the VM number, or even another number for that matter.
Divert all calls:
- Activate and set number: **21*{NUMBER}#
- Disable: #21#
- Re-enable: *21#
- Get status (On/Off): *#21#
