That 13.1 point is identical - word for word and including the 'minutes' sentence - in both the v8 and v9 versions of the CoP.

BPA’s Code of Practice (13.1) states that:
“If a driver is parking without your permission, or at locations where parking is not normally permitted, they must have the chance to read the terms and conditions before they enter into the ‘parking contract’ with you. If, having had that opportunity, they decide not to park but choose to leave the car park, you must provide them with a reasonable grace period to leave, as they will not be bound by your parking contract.”
You have already been told over on FTLA that you need to use v8 of the IPC CoP and you were provided a link to that version. Additionally, you were told to search the POPLA thread here for the successful appeal on cropped images in an NtK. Please don't expect us to also do the actual search for you.strawberries1 said:

Why did you choose not to show us the last sentence of that 13.1 point?strawberries1 said:I can't seem to find this provision about grace periods in the 2024 versionBPA’s Code of Practice (13.1) states that:

I simply stated the two outstanding points I hadn't yet updated in the revision I posted. "I need to find“.nopcns said:You have already been told over on FTLA that you need to use v8 of the IPC CoP and you were provided a link to that version. I was using quotes from versions several years ago. It only just came to light that I was using versions from 2017 or so.KeithP said:Why did you choose not to show us the last sentence of that 13.1 point?strawberries1 said:I can't seem to find this provision about grace periods in the 2024 versionBPA’s Code of Practice (13.1) states that:

In the January 2020 version of the BPA's CoP it states...

The driver said maybe 10mins but the photos on the portal suggested more when I check weeks back. I don't have access to the portal anymore and the NtK time stamp is not clear.nopcns said:Whilst there is no offer of a contract to park at the location, please remind us of the length of time the vehicle was stopped there.
