can't comment on the price etc, as I don't know the local market

but as to the actual right move listing, it's a thumbs up

lots of pictures, good descriptions, room dimensions for all rooms (it's not rocket science bairstow eves!)
    It's a health benefit ...
  • I can't work out how the heck that works!

    What's with the triangular rooms??!!

I'm assuming bedroom 1 is two rooms knocked together?

No doubt there is some money to be made dividing it up again.
    Been away for a while.
  • In my old Welsh terrace the main bedroom was huge - whole width of the house, with bedroom 2 behind it and 3 on the back. That was the original layout.

  • Looks good!

    Looks a nice neat house.

Although some of the pictures are a bit dark.

I too would like to see a floorplan.

    Is this mid-Wales?

  • Hugely overpriced if nethouseprices are anything to go by. £86K is the highest and £70K the most recent recorded on their website.

Strange numbering system but then, it is Wales.

With 3 bed houses renting at £350, it's not likely to appeal to any but the dumbest of BTLers. So, there is still hope of an asking price offer.

The house itself is nice enough. £60K and I'd be interested if it wasn't in Wales.

    :)

House is two knocked together, but the one is a weird wedge shape. So it's 2 houses at the front and 1 house and a window width at the rear. Hence the kitchen and one bedroom being odd shapes.

I'll pass on comments about floorplan.

Location is up valley from Newport.

  • Odd that it's not on the Agents site .... Or maybe I've not been thorough at finding it

The front of the house would probably look nicer if it wasn't in shadow, but I imagine most people would see through that :)
